FR AREA STATUS CAN BE CHANGED IN A DAY TO SETTLED AREA

What is Fr Area ?

Fr Area is an Area that forms a buffer between a Tribal agency and settled area. IT Lies in the middle of Settled area, it mean although it is governed by FATA laws it lies in settled area making it very odd place to be as People living inside of Settled Area are not part of it . Amazing ploy of British that is continued to this day 

FR Area is Covered by laws of Article 247, of Pakistan constitution. which says it is a Tribal area . 

So it is governed by the FATA secretariat in Islamabad and which remote office is also situated in Peshawar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province which is entirely different province from FATA( Federally administered Tribal areas )

Tribal Areas of Pakistan have 4 Components Parts  and it is not Governed by constitution of Pakistan but only a Single Article of Pakistan constitution called Article 247  .

FATA is Governed  by just one Article of constitution which is called , Article 247 , which has implemented laws that  are 150 Years old and made by British Empire by Lord Curzun a British Viceroy of East India company called , the  FCR , Frontier crimes Regulation .

FATA consists of the following Areas , as according to Article 247 of constitution , that are :


A:   7 Tribal  Agencies from North to South Along the Durand Line which are 

1. Bajaur Agency ( Established in 1971 by Pakistan ) 
2. Mommand Agency ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
3. Khyber Agency ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
4. Orakzai Agency ( Established in 1971) 
5. Kurrum Agency ( Established in 1971) 
6. North Waziristan ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
7. South Waziristan ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 

B:  6 FR or Frontier Areas from North to South while Being Inside of Pakhtunkhwa Area  : 

1. Fr Peshawar ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
2. Fr Kohat ( Established in 1971 by Pakistan ) 
3. Fr Orakzai ( Established in 1971 by Pakistan ) 
4. Fr Bannu ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
5. Fr Tank ( Established in 1971 by Pakistan ) 
6. Fr DI Khan ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 

C:  6 PATA Provincially Administrated Tribal Areas inside of Pakhtunkhwa Area   :

D: 5 PATA Areas Inside of Baluchistan Area  :

In Baluchistan was Part of Pakhtunkhwa till 1971 , when the Punjabi Establishment or the Military and Bureaucratic Structurer  ,through a Shrewed Arrangement after Dissolving of the One Unit made Baluchistan as a separate Province by Dividing Pakhtunkhwa into three Segments that is " 

1.  Baluchistan from the Kalat State which was part of Pakhtunkhwa till 1971. 
2.  South Punjab by Joining it with Punjab 
3. Pakhtunkhwa Shrink-ed to 15% of Pakistan 

   

Why FR Area are Needed?  

Fr Area is needed for reason of reducing the number of Votes of Pashtuns in Pakhtunkhwa and make Hazara People as 51% , and Pashtuns as Minority in Pakhtunkhwa as British could not control the people of Fr areas and also wanted the Hazara to be Dominant as they served the British well and Pashtun in this region were not cooperative to british so they wanted to control them with Iron hand and declared it as part of Tribal system as they could not control it as a temporary system and hence would get rid of burden of giving them infrastructure and Governance also reduced votes of Pashtuns meant less role in Decision making and less Development as well . 

The British did that , and the Current Kala Sahib are also doing the same as they are Treating the Pashtun of FR Region with the same Stick and making them less in Democratic set-up and also controliing them directly from Islamabad even when they Physically are inside of pakhtunkhwa and outside of FATA Area , Incredible no body is doing anything for them Including the PTI + JI Government of Mullah ( Real Partner of british in Past ) and also other Parties 

Why FR Area Future should be Joined with settled areas ? 

The British have left now and  What is need of such measures when all our Bureaucracy are filled with Muslims and there is no danger from the Fr areas people now , Why Fr Area are needed now ?

As they are inside the settled areas of Pakhtunkhwa they are actually causing complications that are sometimes impossible to solve like people who live there think they are from settled areas as they are surrounded by such people like a sea all around at fours sides and yet they form an Island of Tribal areas right in the middle of Settled areas . This makes them think that they are not being served properly and it is fault of political system or politicians that they are not.served but actually they are under the Bureaucracy . 

Why FR Areas are not Changed  ?  

The Current Punjabi Establishment is also not Interested in Changing the FR area , as they want the Votes of Pashtuns to be less slaves under Punjabistan and Army ruled by Punjabis , and they want to Rule the Pashtuns with Iron Hand and Treat them likes Slaves just like The British did and have implemented Modern Day Slavery as FCR and its 40 Rules instead of constitution of pakistan.

The role of PTI a Punjabi Based Party has been Apathy and no Concern and has not Raised any voice for them and it has completed its term of 5 Years almost , and also Jamaat Islami wants the people to be backward so that they can trained in Madrassas as terrorist and serve their purpose of Global Jihads , Funded by Saudia and Usa and Israel for their Interests in Syria , Iran and Afghanistan and other places like Kashmir ( Pashing indians form non -aligned Neutrals to lap of USA successfully) . rs from Amritsar Land of Sikhs , Golden Temple , Jat Umran ( they Name a Part of lahore where they live on that Amritsar Place )

The PML so called Muslim Leagues is actually as punjabi Nationalist Parties run by Sharif Brothers and also Chaudhry Sahib's of Gujrat , are Punjabi nationalists and they are having the Same Notions as their Forefather the Ranjeet Singh had.they are weary of Pashtuns 2000 Rule over India and also Punjabis ( Actually Part of Afghania Province till 1857 from Kabul to Delhi Including lahore was under Pashtuns Durrani Empire joint rule with Mughals who also came from Afghanistan ). Ranjeet Singh Sher Punjab  wanted to Block the Path of Afghans from Khyber Pass via capturing the Khyber Pass and Invasion of Peshawar , and crush the Pashtuns , and their Sons in Form of Sharifs ( also Sher Punjab as they call themselves ) and Chaudhry Sahiban are not Different . Muslim Leaguers have shoved the Muslim Brotherhood and Two nation Theory , into the Gutter and Treat the pashtun with Contempt and Insult. 

Why FR Areas Bad Effects on Settled Areas of Pakhtunkhwa   ?  

The FR Regions Population are not counted and their Presence is burden on Economy of Pakhtunkwa and they are not Tax payer as well , and also their votes are not counted in Pakhtunkhwa and still they use all the services of Pakhtunkhwa .

They don't have any University in their Area and are all bunch of Illiterate and jahil Populations and they don't pay electricity Bills and don't understand their Fate and Predicament and are confused if they are nationals of Pakhtunkhwa or not Crazily .

they are not Included in Head count and also the Census information and hence Punjab does not release funds for them .

For All Practical Purpose they are Burdon and amount to being '''''' Muhajirs ''''''' , on their own soil of FR region where they were for last 5000 Years , what a shame insult and Degradation for Proud Pashtuns

his Appointed Managers are daily to making schemes to Allot even the Domestic Routes from Peshawar and Lucratives routes to middle East from Peshawar as Most of labours are from Peshawar , flying to Middle East like Saudia , Qatar , Bahrain , UAE , and Kuwait etc and this load is easily Diverted to Emirates , Qatar Airways , Air Arabia , and Flynas and Etihad and Other Middle Eastern Airlines for Free , without getting any Routes by Pakistan in Return .

In the Same way Vice versa , PIA is not Allowing any Aircraft Allotted to peshawar , it is now dishing most Routes to Non - Profitable places like Multan , Sialkot and even Lahore where the Load is very Low almost one tenth of that of Peshawar . Operating almost empty Aircrafts .

The Islamabad Airport Load is by force made to increase by forcing the Passenger load of Peshawar to go to islamabad to catch a flight on PIA . this is crazy and bad Policy of Pakistan and its Nationa Airlines

Most of Load are those belonging to FATA 7 Agencies and 6 FR Areas ( who,s Population are not counted at all in the Pakhtunkhwa Populations that is 15 % according to last Census of 1998 but actually may be 20-25%  of Pakistan Population in KPK only ) , the Population of FATA and Fr areas according to reliable sources is another 15 % of Pakistan but it is never ever have been counted since 1947.

The Peshawar PIA staff confided in me , that they have sent in feedback and it is not listened in Head office in Karachi PIAC , because of its Punjabi biased and Stupid Managers who are there because not of Merit but because of Quota as Punjab receives 70 % Quota .    

All this is happening because of Biased and Corruption of Punjabis Management of CAA and PIA and our country unfortunately run by Incompetent  idiots who have no common sense or business sense .

No media or Politicians have taken care of this serious issue about Peshawar Airport , the Second highest generating Airport that is still having the same infrastructure that British left in 1927 , Pakistan state since 1947 , have not spent anything on this Airport and it Bagage Line is so old that it is Antique of British Time and it has no space .

Then is issue of harassment by Pakistan Army and Airforce personnel and they have Literally shot Dead Ladies Passengers who are coming to catch the Flights , passing 4 check posts and it needs a New Exit and Entry from other side not from inside of cantonment .

The lack of Interest and Apathy can only be explained on one thing that Pakistan Treats the Pashtuns worse then Indians and as Enemies , that they are prepared to Sacrifice revenue and great Business even other wise Common sense and Business sense cannot explain this stupidity .

FATA is kept Backward and also in Status Quo because of certain Power Players who want to keep it Backward and also Keep the People of FATA without Education and Without Democratic Rights and they want to Keep the tribal as slaves , Even After the British left in 1947 and Pakistan was Made an independent country FATA , was left as a status Quo till now 2015 . 

Lord Curzon and the British Empire and East India company is still Alive it seems for these poor Tribals of FATA , and its Power is still maintained by the Loyal Followers of Lord Curzon in this Day of 21,st Century , the Black Sahib is still Alive and in command when the Gora Sahib left and left their affairs to the Kala sahibs of Pakistan.

His Kith and Kin Enjoys top Positions in  currently in Bureaucracy and also the FATA secretariat. This explains a lot what the Current Bureaucracy which controls FATA and Pakhtunkhwa thinks like as it is controlled by the People who,s Fathers and Grandfathers were very Loyal to the East Indian company which the Pashtun always fought and resisted some People from the Pashtuns were serving them Loyally and they were instrumental in dividing the Pashtuns . This family also found the highest title with British as Loyalists but they never worked for Pashtuns or FATA rather they wanted it to remain Backwards .

2. Khan Bahadur Ghulam Haider khan Sherpao , who was Grandfather of Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao the Politicians who was CM of Pakhtunkhwa for three Times and he did nothing for FATA and he maintained the Status Quo of FATA , and did not make it Settled area , in fact the 1973 Constitution under his Brother Hayat Khan Sherpao was also instrumental in Keeping the Status Quo when Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Promulgated the 1973 First Pakistani Constitution, Hayat Sherpao Did not do a single Iota for the Tribals and he remained true to his family spirit of Keeping the Pashtuns Divided and Week as FATA , Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan separate  , as did Khan Bahudur Ghulam Haider Khan Sherpao, who was British Ally and Agent who  would use his Influence with the Mullahs and Distribute Money among them for Serving the British and also change their enemies from British occupiers to Bolshevik Russian who were no Where on Soil of Indian and Afghanistan . The Sherpao were Anti - Pashtun Nationalists and it is so Weird that they have formed as party claiming to be Pashtun Nationalists , they are Geared for Deceiving the Pashtuns a Bit more in their Third Generation .  This is reason that they were in Favor with British and currently they are in Favor with Punjabi Establishment who rewarded Mr Sherpao with the Interior Ministry under Military Dictator General Musharraf who got under him all the Military Bases Lended to USA and also Kill Two Time PM Benazir Bhutto and CM and Governor Baluchistan Bugti ,  a thorn in designs of their Masters . The Khan bahadur title was awarded to this family by the British for their loyalties to British . Muslim league was found as place of these British loyalists although later Aftab ahmad sherpao was offered place in PPP Pakistan people's party and was CM Pakhtunkhwa 3 times and he never ever looked at plight of Pashtuns or FATA with any kindness .

3, The Khan Bahudur Ali Qulis of Bannu and Karak who were Agents of British from the start as they made alliances with British and was one of the first ones to be loyal to col Mackeson First  commissioner of Peshawar living in 1 The Mall Peshawar Cantonment of where they used to live in servant Quarter and they started their love affair with British and were rewarded with This Bungalow house after the British left in 1947 for this outstanding service to British and being Traitors to Pashtuns cause , they Got prominent position in Muslim league with Their sons and daughters always loyal to British establishment and later to Punjabi establishment, the cause of Pashtuns or offering democracy to Pashtuns were not their priority at All , and FATA to remain as backward was their mission and Ali Quli Khan remained as One of political agents of Waziristan and also his loyalty was legendary to British . His sons and daughter are famous Begum Kalsoom and also Saifullahs of fame of Muslim league and PPP , Pakistan people's party and they being CM or governors Pakhtunkhwa never ever looked into cause of FATA never ever . And their role of making Pashtun backward under FCR by their fathers The political agent Ali Quli Khan who sons also reminded as Generals as Habib ullah khattak and also later General Quli Khan who was about to replace General Musharraf as Army chief .  The Ali Qulis were awarded Khan bahadur title by the British for third Loyalties and they also found their place in Jinnah's Muslim league as well .

The Baluchistan where majority Pashtun live was Separated from Pakhtunkhwa and also. Named as Baluchistan in 1971 before that it was Kalat state and merged in Pakhtunkhwa under Punjabi establishment after one unit dissolution . In this scam Muslim leaguers were partners of Military establishment and had given their full support and currently their leaders are the. Biggest Hurdle of Reforms of FATA after it is being headed by Punjabi chauvinist Mr Nawaz Sharif of Amritsar jati umra a land of Sikhs and Golden temple and he has named his home in Lahore donated by Military establishment in Raiwind . 1.  International travelers are more profitable as compared to domestic Routes .

2.  Not Allowing Foreign Airlines Places in Domestic Market and controlling the Air space so that Local Airlines get the Most Profit and Especially the PIA should be Given Priority in Air Space Allocation and Allocation of Routes .

3. Control of Air Cargo Domestic and International Air Cargo Business and Maintaining Monopoly on these Sectors as Air cargo is very Profitable

4. Selection of  Airports where there is Load Like Peshawar where there is a lot of load of People going to Middle East as Labor and from Karachi where there is a lot of International Passengers .

5. Selecting Aircrafts that are Fuel Efficient on Domestic Routes and International as fuel Bill is 50% of Total Airline budget.

6. Decreasing Top Heavy Management and Decreasing GM and Directors of PIA and CAA as Emirates with 500 Aircrafts has only 3 Directors while PIA with 50 Aircraft has 15 to 20 Directors , almost three times the Average and Each Director Take home Salary is equal to about 500 Employees of PIA .

7. Retirement Age of PIA employee should be Decreased to 60 and those on Extension should be sent home Immediately home and those Contractual Employees and daily Wages should be laid off and Smart management Practices employees and paper based jobs should be stopped and only Computer Based Email systems be used . Even the Employee pay Role is not more then 15% of PIA expenses so Extra employees are not burden it is actually the Directors and Manager who are Burden who are Sons of Politicians and Army generals who are making money for doing Nothing in PIA .

No Penalty on refund of Tickets by PIA even when they are canceled just a Few minutes before the Actual Booked Flight while the Middle Eastern Airlines and Local Private Airlines like Air Blue and Shahheen Airline  Deduct , 50%-75%  of Money for no Show and cancellation of Seat within 24 Hours of the Flight , PIA is the Unique Airline you don't loose your money if you cancel your Flight within 24 Hours of the Flight and this facility is extended to the Travel Agents who are Blocking the Seats even when the Whole Aircraft is going empty .


DENYING  MONEY TO MARKETS WHERE THERE IS PASSENGER LOAD :

While the Same Flight is Available in Peshawar due to Open Skies Policy of  Middle Eastern Airlines Emirates and Qatar Airways on cheaper Price , and Direct from  Peshawar to Middle East . RUNNING NON FUEL EFFICIENT PLANES  

While Pia is running Gas Guzzling and Non Fuel Efficient Planes on Short Domestic Routes ,while it should run Planes that are more are smaller in size and not big Ones like Airbus A310 and Boeing 777 which are wide bodied Aircraft and have Heavy bodies and spend double the amount of Fuel as compare to A320 Airbus which are light weight and have Technologies that Allow Less Fuel consumption .

The Airbus A320 and also ATR 700 and 400 which are Aircraft that are very Fuel efficient and spend half the Fuel of A310 and Boeing 777 are not Used on Domestic and very Short haul Route like from Lahore to Islamabad or even from Karachi to Islamabad .

Using the wrong type of Aircraft causes the Extra Wear and Tear of Wide Bodied Aircrafts and Make them Old Qicker and thier Airframe Damaged .

NO PENALTY FOR CANCELLATION OF SEATS GIVING LOSS TO PIA : 

The Mangers of PIA are stupid and idiots that are Implementing Rules for the travel Agents that are making PIA in loss while cancellation of Ticket within 24 Hours of Departure of PIA is not Penalized and the Person and Travel Agents who use this Flawed rule to Block the Seats and Hence no Seat Available Option is shown to People who really Want to travel .

if by any chance after Bribing the Travel Agents one is able to buy the PIA ticket one finds half the Aircraft empty and this is great Mystery to Many genuine Travelers  of PIA .

The reason is simple in the Sabre system of PIA the Punjabi Idiots as Director and Manager has made Rules that , if you cancle the Ticket even an hour before the Departure time you get full refund .

The travel Agents Blocks the seats even upto the Last One Hour of the departure and release them if they cant find the Passengers . But the PIA suffers as Seats goes empty making Huge Losses to PIA .

They Stupid Punjabi PIA Directors if they change this policy and Allow the Blocking of Seat for only 3 Hours only and Automatically canceling the Block and if Passenger buys the seat in full even then his Name should be retained on Passenger List , other wise penalties should be Imposed on cancellation of Seats  like 50% or 75% on cancellation with 48 Hour and 24 Hours of Departure of flight .


NO CONNECTING FLIGHTS FROM PESHAWAR TO ISLAMABAD OR KARACHI FORM INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER :

In FATA , there are no Electricity Meters supplied to the whole FATA , as they are no Bills and Money collected from the People of FATA which Forms about 15% Population of Pakistan are exempted them  through an Un-written law that is implemented by Islamabad that has direct control over the Tribal,s Pashtuns  of FATA.  

These Presence of No Electricity meters is going on since in the 1960,s when General Ayub Khan when he had made the Warsak Dam with the Help of the Canadians , This Dam was made in FR Peshawar area of Peshawar district right under the control of DCO Peshawar and not under the Political agent of  Khyber Agency .

FR Peshawar area is Adjacent to Peshawar Division and in Warsak Area of FR Peshawar that is an Area not inside of Khyber Agency but in Peshawar area which is Part of Pakhtunkhwa . Strangely this Area is declared also a tribal Area under the Federal Government since 1973 when the constitution of Pakistan was made . Although theses Areas could have been joined with Pakhtunkhwa at that time by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and also Abdul Wali Khan who was signing the constitution . 

Areas that has designation of being under the FATA secretariat in Islamabad  Illegally as they are actually inside of Border of Pakhtunkhwa and not Part of Map of FATA . which are distinctively separate from Pakhtunkhwa . 

Because of No Electric Meters the 15 % Population is not required to pay any Money to State of Pakistan for the electricity they use .

This undue Theft of Electricity at such a Grand Scale because of State of Pakistan Doing it as an Organized crime and also Using this to under mine the Financial Viability of PESCO ( Peshawar Electric Supply Company ) , which supplies electricity to Whole Pakhtunkhwa Province , as FATA has no Electricity Distribution Company that is separate from Pesco and Tesco ( Tribal Electric supply company ) is mere eye Wash and part of Pesco .

1. It is run by Federal Government and Most of its Officers are Punjabi's who came because of the 70% Quota they have from Pakistan State . 
2.  Has the highest and Most Priciest on Unit of Electricity in whole of Pakistan although Electricity is mostly Produced in Pakhtunkhwa all the Dams are found here 
3. FATA and its 15% residents are the main Thieves and Crooks stealing Electricity and they are running Factories on it . 
4. The 6  FR areas inside of Pakhtunkhwa also consider their Birth Right to have Free Electricity as they are Tribal Area just like FATA so they wont Pay Bills as they demand first the FATA tribal Pay Bills then they will pay the Bills .

The British Govt under it Elected Democratic PM sent a Team to Investigate and the Team came and held a Judicial Inquiry and it asked Bacha Khan and their followers , the reason and they demanded the removal of these Black Laws and hence it was Agreed to remove the Laws from whole ""NWFP"" , which is currently Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan as one province at that time .

No Jurisdiction of Parliament and Pakistan Secretariat in FATA  : 

The Pakistan Constitution and National Assembly has no Jurisdiction in FATA , that is under Direct Federal Rule of Islamabad and is controlled by the President of Pakistan and the FATA secretariat which is not under Pakistan Secretariat that controls Pakistan.

No Jurisdiction of Pakhtunkhwa Parliament and its Secretariat in FATA  : 

The Pakhtunkhwa parliament and Pakhtunkhwa Secretariat does not control FATA and its Laws and it is controlled Directly by the FATA Secretariat under President  of Pakistan .

No Jurisdiction of Supreme court in FATA : 

There is no Jurisdiction of Supreme court and High court of Pakthunkhwa in FATA , as it is termed as FATA Federal Jurisdiction Area under Islamabad by Pakistan constitution under Article 247 and it is not governed by the National and Provincial Assembly and hence , the Governance is controlled b Article 247 , just one Point Agenda of Pakistan Constitution and it says that FCR 40 ,which are 40 Laws that Govern the Justice and Law system of FATA



No Jurisdiction of Peshawar high court in FATA 

 Even when FATA is considered as Part of Pakhtunkhwa or not is a mystery for all Practical Purposes that , Peshawar high court has no Jurisdiction in FATA and recently Passed Changed in Article 247 sub Section ( 6) , only Says now that , FATA people have Right to challenge the Authority of Political Agents of FATA secretariat in Islamabad under the  President of Pakistan under a Tribunal constituted by Retired or Serving Judges or Peshawar High court but will work under the Rules of Article 247 and FCR 40 . common on this is another Joke on people of FATA . what is use of Such Rubbish Amendment in first place when , other 300 to 500 Article of constitution are not implemented in FATA . The Punjabi Establishment  will continue to remain the God like in FATA as matter of current laws are concerned and they will continue to Play the Games .

No Jurisdiction of Islamabad high court in FATA 

Recently when Islamabad High court came into being , which has Jurisdiction in Federal controlled Areas ,  7 FATA Agencies and 6 FR Areas were conveniently left out and this happened, and later when even an Amendment took place that allowed appeal process after Political Agent makes a Decision under the Article 247 and FCR 40 He cannot be challenged in the Islamabad High court although Peshawar high court can theoretically but not according to constitution of Pakistan but in Limited way only it can look into the 40 Laws which are called the FCR 40 and under Article just one Article of Constitution that is called Article 247 . A joke was Played with FATA People and they were Given the Feeler they are Slaves and will be treated like the Slaves in future  as well .

When  No Jurisdiction of NAB in FATA 

It is so Curious that , FATA which is controlled by the Bureaucrats is Home of highest corruption in Pakistan , yet when it comes to Implementation of Nab FATA , exempted because of two simple reason that , NAB is only Used for Political Victimization of Politicians and since the FATA is directly controlled by the Punjabi Establishment via the Corrupt FATA secretariat and its Predominate Punjabi Bureaucracy and Political Agents who are Direct rulers of FATA and with Fascists God Like Authority and as the Powerfull Arms of Punjabi Establishment .

It is strange that , NAB and Ehtesab Bureau has not caught a Single Person from FATA for Corruption and its Rulers who are just Figures heads and Dummies like 8 Senators and 12 MNA of FATA and countless Local People who work for FATA secretariat are never probed by the NAB , National Accountability Bureu and since 1947 , less then 2 % of What was Allocated budgets is actually Applied to the Projects which exists on the record , rest of 98% goes to Pockets of Punjab Federal Secretariat and the President of Pakistan  and also the , Punjabi Secretaries of Islamabad and Also the bureaucracy of Pakhtunkhwa are although not directly involved only the Political Agents and Tehsildars low grade officers Muhrars and also lower grade class 4 employees are all billionaires in rack in corruption which is Highest in Pakistan and world even for the record

No Jurisdiction of Ehtesab Bureau in FATA 

As mentioned Above Ehtesab Bureau is Provincial Department and not a Federal Entity like the NAB , so FATA is not Part of Pakhtunkhwa and it has 8 Senators and also 12 MNA and No MPA that sits in the Pakhtunkhwa Assembly hence it is a Separate Province technically but in the Constitution of Pakistan it is not Given any Legal Status and No laws of Pakhtunkhwa or either of its Department has any Relationship with FATA and so is the Ehtesab Bureau of Pakhtunkhwa .
