FATA 15% of Pakistan Population 

STRANGE AND WEIRD SYSTEM OF ELECTRICITY IN FATA

1. No Electric Meters : 

In FATA , there are no Electricity Meters supplied to the whole FATA , as they are no Bills and Money collected from the People of FATA which Forms about 15% Population of Pakistan are exempted them  through an Un-written law that is implemented by Islamabad that has direct control over the Tribal,s Pashtuns  of FATA.  

These Presence of No Electricity meters is going on since in the 1960,s when General Ayub Khan when he had made the Warsak Dam with the Help of the Canadians , This Dam was made in FR Peshawar area of Peshawar district right under the control of DCO Peshawar and not under the Political agent of  Khyber Agency .

FR Peshawar area is Adjacent to Peshawar Division and in Warsak Area of FR Peshawar that is an Area not inside of Khyber Agency but in Peshawar area which is Part of Pakhtunkhwa . Strangely this Area is declared also a tribal Area under the Federal Government since 1973 when the constitution of Pakistan was made . Although theses Areas could have been joined with Pakhtunkhwa at that time by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and also Abdul Wali Khan who was signing the constitution . 

Areas that has designation of being under the FATA secretariat in Islamabad  Illegally as they are actually inside of Border of Pakhtunkhwa and not Part of Map of FATA . which are distinctively separate from Pakhtunkhwa . 

Because of No Electric Meters the 15 % Population is not required to pay any Money to State of Pakistan for the electricity they use . 

The following Pay No Bills 

1. The FATA area Factories 
2. Bazaars and Commercial Places and Shopping centers  
3. Residential Homes 
4. Offices Belonging to Government of Pakistan
5. Offices of FC Frontier Corps Manned by Army officers 
6. Offices of FC Frontier Constabulary as well. 
7. Army Cantonments and Places 

2. Un-due Pressure on PESCO  which Supplies Electric Supply to FATA: 

This undue Theft of Electricity at such a Grand Scale because of State of Pakistan Doing it as an Organized crime and also Using this to under mine the Financial Viability of PESCO ( Peshawar Electric Supply Company ) , which supplies electricity to Whole Pakhtunkhwa Province , as FATA has no Electricity Distribution Company that is separate from Pesco and Tesco ( Tribal Electric supply company ) is mere eye Wash and part of Pesco .

Some Facts About Pesco :::

1. It is run by Federal Government and Most of its Officers are Punjabi's who came because of the 70% Quota they have from Pakistan State . 
2.  Has the highest and Most Priciest on Unit of Electricity in whole of Pakistan although Electricity is mostly Produced in Pakhtunkhwa all the Dams are found here 
3. FATA and its 15% residents are the main Thieves and Crooks stealing Electricity and they are running Factories on it . 
4. The 6  FR areas inside of Pakhtunkhwa also consider their Birth Right to have Free Electricity as they are Tribal Area just like FATA so they wont Pay Bills as they demand first the FATA tribal Pay Bills then they will pay the Bills . 
5. Most of Pakistan cannot Differentiate Between Province Pakhtunkhwa and the Tribal Ares which are under the Federal Government neither these things are taught to them in schools and in media 

3.  No Laws Allowing this Theft of State Property but it is a State Bribe to Terrorists: 

Why This is allowed in FATA is because it is a State Bribe to the Terrorists , that are Made as a Policy of Strategic Depth and as Great Game ,

Islamic terrorist were called from All over the World and they were settled in FATA and were Provided these free Electricity and Free Water Utilities and accommodation and were trained and made to Attack Neighboring Afghanistan and destroy it and make it Week so that it can sustain the Invasion of USA and its Bases . This was state Policy of Pakistan and it is being Followed in letter in spirit to this Day as Great Game and also Strategic Depth as it is called for the Push of Mercenaries and Taliban Terrorist who are funded by the Drug trade and also the Illegal Smuggling of  Weapons to them from Karachi Port to FATA and then to Afghanistan , benefiting the Arms companies in USA and Europe.

FATA was the Launching Pad for this and it is also being used currently for this Purpose and may in future Against Iran and Russia and all the Emmies of USA it seems and the Policy has bit changed so far and will continue in Near future as well .

4. Free Gift or Curse of Bribe  : 

As Things stand Today this Bribes that is being showered on tribal People has turned into a curse and they are now En Salved under FCR and they are made to think that this Free Gift or Bribe is more then their freedom and also Democratic Rights and also this small Benefit they are getting has turned them into slavery of Modern times that have no parallels and it is harming their Children future and also Progress for the Future generations .

They should Understand this bribe is like a Poison and Cancer that is eating them and their Progress and cannot make them free from this slavery.

Only the Freedom of Democracy and deciding their future is more Important then this Bribe and they Tribals of FATA , should never think of Sacrificing this freedom and Rights to Determine their future which currently lies with their Masters the Kala Sahib Bureaucrats of Islamabad Mainly from Punjab .

THE JOKE OF REGISTRATION OF FATA IDP,S AND ACCEPTING CONSTITUTION OF PAKISTAN

Corruption is in full swing in name of war on Terror as FATA IDP,s come to Pakhtunkwa and the media is saying we are Registering the IDP,s and so and so families came and with this hundred of kids and this many women and I could not keep my laughter at the Naivety lack of Knowledge and the Idiot who is reporting .

Reality is this Tribal Areas of FATA , PATA and FR ( Frontier Areas ) , Pakhtunkwa and Baluchistan are governed by Article 247, under 1973 Constitution which Provide no Complete Pakistani Status to FATA Tribesmen .Although Part of Pakistan under Article 1 of constitution but are not Governed by Complete Laws of Land (1973 Constitution) .

As Article 247 Makes them a Special case and no complete constitution of Pakistan, is applied to them Neither the Supreme Court or Peshawar High court has any Jurisdiction on them.

It makes them Tax Free with No Paper work documentation or Even CNIC ( Special One with different color should be made for them)

 I May remind the idiots who report without  any Knowledge , that There is not a Single NADRA office in Whole of FATA , 7 Agencies or 6  FR regions , so they don’t have CNIC or any Registration so what are we writing in Register and what Record are we Talking off many Afghan Nationals are Passing as FATA Tribals as we Know in Pakhtunkhwa . 

In fact we don’t even know after 67 Years how much is their Population. So how come they would have a CNIC or Citizen number and Get registered in Pakhtunkwa in what a Shabby Dodgy register ???? ,this  grounds for Corruption under Nawaz Sharif and his Admin in FATA and should be challenged Billion could be Siphoned off without nobody even knowing it and is happening right here.

Few Tribal’s who have settled in Pakhtunkwa (  A separate Province for Practical Purposes ) have CNIC because they visit the Peshawar NADRA office or that in South Bannu or DI Khan would have them because they own a Property or Live on Rent in Pakhtunkhwa.

This is very Funny and Idiotic as some Talk show Hosts are saying we welcome those who Accept our Constitution , more Idiotic and Sinister , well being under Article 247 Technically ( That Makes them being Governed under British Viceroy Lord Curzon FCR laws )  they don’t have to Accept any Pakistan full 1973 Constitution as they are not Supposed to.

 Because we made the Laws as such to make then under British Laws under which they were under British.  It makes me Laugh all the day and makes me Amused till I Switch the channel to something more sane and with common sense off course the Music channel ( As I cant bear the fools of Media Easily) .

Well if a Person does not Have Pakistan Citizen Number or CNIC number , he cant be a Pakistani and if he does not Pay Tax or Pay Electricity Bills ( 15 Billion Rupees of Electricity is provide by Government of Pakistan as Part of budget Allocation or Put as Losses by Pesco , of Pakhtunkwa Neighboring Province remember that Pay for their Electricity theft of FATA Tribal’s ) He is not a Citizen Technically and Tribal’s are not and they call themselves AZAD TRIBALS for that reason . 

PTI INVOLVED IN LOOT SALE OF PESCO+TESCO

The Two sons of General Asad Umer Famous for his Involvement in East Pakistan Breakup as IB Bureau chief as Right Hand man of General Yahya Khan are sitting in Privatization commission as all in all deciding the fate of Pakistan Hard Earned Assets built with loan’s from IMF and World bank worth Multi Bullions for whom we are still paying Monthly Installments and would be paying for next 50 Years as well in form of Inflation.

Inflation is becoming so Unbearable that I am sensing general Disobedience of people of Pakistan if we continue like this under PMLN government given a clean chit from Establishment and Opposition Parties.

 Zubar Umer brother Head of  Privatization commission is brother of Asad Umer of PTI Heading KPK Government , so this one family who has Involved in East Pakistan Break up is both Worrisome and Suspicious  for us as Awam ,

it speaks of Involvement of Agents of World bank and IMF as they are on Payroll of American companies both of them.

Zubair Umer Gave an Interview yesterday claiming that PTI is onboard with PMLN in selling PESCO to anybody. Punjabis are Deciding fate of Pashtuns is both Undemocratic. 


Claim by Interview to BBC by  Zubair Son of General Asad Umar Who Break Up East Pakistan   that PTI Is Involved in this scam of Looting Assets of Pakistani and Pashtuns in Particular

This is foolish as PESCO has two components PESCO and TESCO, the Theft and Losses of PESCO is because of TESCO , ( Tribal Electric Supply company ) as All 7 Agencies of FATA as well 6PATA Agencies + 6 FR areas are all dependent on PESCO ( As TESCO is not Separate from PESCO as it has same Hardware and Machinery Physically Impossible to Separate ).

Since 1947 , Tribal’s have been Promised free electricity as part of Constitution 1973 and Quaid I Azam, as Policy.

Since population of KPK is 15% of Pakistan which pay Bills only except in 6PATA and 6 FR regions making it roughly 10% of Population as we Minus FR Areas.

While 7FATA Agency 10% of Pakistan Population are promised Free Electricity by Quaid I Azam to Present Nawaz Shareef as a Policy and in Current Budget 12-15 Bullion Rupees were allotted to FATA secretariat Islamabad ruling FATA for Free Electricity that had to be Paid to PESCO+TESCO.

So this Punjabi Leader Asad Umar of PMLN and his Brother Zubair Umer PTI are not competent and Qualified enough to understand these  details as they are not sons of the soil and have No Empathy for Pashtuns.

Same is Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak who is not even in Power as whole Province is run by Jehangir Tareen of South Punjab and the chief Secretary KPK as reported in News .

It is Impossible to Privatize this Puzzle called PESCO+TESCO without changing 6FR areas, FATA and PATA areas by Abolishing Article 247 of constitution or we are facing a Disaster far bigger then KESC in years time because of incompetent PTI we voted and Incompetent PMLN and its stupid Policies that can lead to break up of Pakistan .
