1. Punjabis
2. Kashmirs
3. Muhajirs from India and Bangladesh Is known as Biharis as  well Altaf Hussain and MQM For example
4. Sarikis South Punjabis etc
5.  Sindhis
6.  Baluchis
7. Pashtuns

Poverty is even Higher then even Baluchistan where its is 70% .  it may be noted that Baluchistan is 70% Pashtuns Populated Province and it is Most backward in Pakistan along with FATA etc , but it is wrongly labeled as Baluchistan in 1971 after state of.Kalaat has been separated from Pakhtunkhwa .

This explains a lot what the Current Bureaucracy which controls FATA and Pakhtunkhwa thinks like as it is controlled by the People who,s Fathers and Grandfathers were very Loyal to the East Indian company which the Pashtun always fought and resisted some People from the Pashtuns were serving them Loyally and they were instrumental in dividing the Pashtuns . This family also found the highest title with British as Loyalists but they never worked for Pashtuns or FATA rather they wanted it to remain Backwards .

Khan Bahadur Ghulam Haider khan Sherpao , who was Grandfather of Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao the Politicians who was CM of Pakhtunkhwa for three Times and he did nothing for FATA and he maintained the Status Quo of FATA , and did not make it Settled area , in fact the 1973 Constitution under his Brother Hayat Khan Sherpao was also instrumental in Keeping the Status Quo when Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Promulgated the 1973 First Pakistani Constitution, Hayat Sherpao Did not do a single Iota for the Tribals and he remained true to his family spirit of Keeping the Pashtuns Divided and Week as FATA , Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan separate  , as did Khan Bahudur Ghulam Haider Khan Sherpao, who was British Ally and Agent who  would use his Influence with the Mullahs and Distribute Money among them for Serving the British and also change their enemies from British occupiers to Bolshevik Russian who were no Where on Soil of Indian and Afghanistan . And their role of making Pashtun backward under FCR by their fathers The political agent Ali Quli Khan who sons also reminded as Generals as Habib ullah khattak and also later General Quli Khan who was about to replace General Musharraf as Army chief .  The Ali Qulis were awarded Khan bahadur title by the British for third Loyalties and they also found their place in Jinnah's Muslim league as well .

Basically Money Making Schemes for Punjab via War on Neighbours.

These People should be Recognised and they would continue to make Slaves of  Pashtuns and would continue to implement FCR ( Frontier Crimes Regulations ) to the their last Breath and they and their grandsons are like Snakes in  the grass and would never give ''''Azadi'''' , Democracy and Freedom to the FATA tribals and would never allow them to Join''''' Pakhtunkhwa '''' ,as the only way forward as Pakhtunkhwa has the Human resource and people to Take FATA forward and share common language , culture and also common History with FATA tribals and they can help them the Most. The Common interests of FATA and Pakhtunkhwa and Increases votes would make the FATA strong and also make more representation in National Assembly and also have more say in  Developmental projects and have more power vis -vis Punjabis and this is not Acceptable to Punjabi establishment . 

CIVIL AVIATION AND PIA IS NOT PUTTING MONEY WHERE THERE IS PASSENGER LOAD

It is so Strange that in World successful Businesses make Arrangement that where there are customers they put their services and PIA and Civil Aviations is those Departments and Organization of Pakistan Government who will put their services where there is no Businesses  , result is Obvious that they are loosing the Money and are not Making Money .

lets Analyze where are we getting the Passengers , and where is the Load and who are travel ors who make an Airline Profitable . Some of the Facts of profits as are as follows

1.  International travelers are more profitable as compared to domestic Routes .

2.  Not Allowing Foreign Airlines Places in Domestic Market and controlling the Air space so that Local Airlines get the Most Profit and Especially the PIA should be Given Priority in Air Space Allocation and Allocation of Routes .

3. Control of Air Cargo Domestic and International Air Cargo Business and Maintaining Monopoly on these Sectors as Air cargo is very Profitable

4. Selection of  Airports where there is Load Like Peshawar where there is a lot of load of People going to Middle East as Labor and from Karachi where there is a lot of International Passengers .

5. Selecting Aircrafts that are Fuel Efficient on Domestic Routes and International as fuel Bill is 50% of Total Airline budget.

6. Decreasing Top Heavy Management and Decreasing GM and Directors of PIA and CAA as Emirates with 500 Aircrafts has only 3 Directors while PIA with 50 Aircraft has 15 to 20 Directors , almost three times the Average and Each Director Take home Salary is equal to about 500 Employees of PIA .

7. Retirement Age of PIA employee should be Decreased to 60 and those on Extension should be sent home Immediately home and those Contractual Employees and daily Wages should be laid off and Smart management Practices employees and paper based jobs should be stopped and only Computer Based Email systems be used . Even the Employee pay Role is not more then 15% of PIA expenses so Extra employees are not burden it is actually the Directors and Manager who are Burden who are Sons of Politicians and Army generals who are making money for doing Nothing in PIA .

8 . No Penalty on refund of Tickets by PIA even when they are canceled just a Few minutes before the Actual Booked Flight while the Middle Eastern Airlines and Local Private Airlines like Air Blue and Shahheen Airline  Deduct , 50%-75%  of Money for no Show and cancellation of Seat within 24 Hours of the Flight , PIA is the Unique Airline you don't loose your money if you cancel your Flight within 24 Hours of the Flight and this facility is extended to the Travel Agents who are Blocking the Seats even when the Whole Aircraft is going empty .


DENYING  MONEY TO MARKETS WHERE THERE IS PASSENGER LOAD : 

Analyzing the Above Mentioned Points , it will be Evident the PIA is operating No flight for the Labor community who are found in FATA and Pakhtunkhwa and forcing them to come to Islamabad spending 5000 to 10,000  Rupees extra just to catch a PIA flight to Middle East .

While the Same Flight is Available in Peshawar due to Open Skies Policy of  Middle Eastern Airlines Emirates and Qatar Airways on cheaper Price , and Direct from  Peshawar to Middle East . So why would a man from FATA and Pakhtunkhwa working as Labourer , who is Stupid Enough to go on PIA which is offering expensive ticket and with No connection from Peshawar to Islamabad as there are no Daily flights from Peshawar to Islamabad

That Poor Man  is expected by the Stupid Directors and Managers is Expected to go on Local transport via Road to Islamabad and hang around uncomfortably on the Airport for say 5 to 10 Hours and the Board a PIA flight from Islamabad a City of only 1 Million People and where only 3 Lakhs are elites and rest of 70% are Poor and cant Travel and from Punjabi  not many Laborer work in Middle East . This is evident from Less Middle Eastern Airline Flights from Islamabad then from Peshawar which has more then  15 Daily Flights from Peshawar and only one or two from Islamabad .

This Kind of Stupidity only PIA and CAA can do and deny the PIA flight to Actual potential customer in Peshawar as Middle East Labour can be done by Stupid Most Directors of PIA and those who are Real Enemies of Pakistan and PIA and are Punjabi Chauvinists and Idiots to core. they are Damaging Pakistan and PIA as a result for their Racism and Stupidity .


PUNJABI RACISTS RUNNING CIVIL AVIATION AND PIA 

Most of Directors and Manager of PIA as Punjabi's because of some Idiotic Quota System that does not recognize Merit and Intellectual Ability and people who should be put in disabled Institution are put in PIA as Managers and Directors as they are sons of Punjabi Generals and Punjabi Bureaucrats and others have come on Punjab benefiting Quota System .

Currently a Corrupt Business Man who is seller of Bags and Leather Wallets and runs a company and Known as """Jafer jee Leather goods """ is made Chairman of PIA and has no Knowledge of PIA and his only Qualification is Ass Kissing the Punjabi Generals and Politicians and Has been Involved in corruption Scandals before as he made Money in Nadra Data base subsidiary company and he made False data of CNIC of Government of Pakistan ID  cards and sold the Information to Enemies of the State , but still no Investigation has been carried out under Dictator Generals Musharaff .

Currently he is Ass kissing the Punjabi PM from land of Sikhs Amritsar ""Jati umra """now residing in Raiwind Lahore and PM of Pakistan who is Appointed the Seller of Leather Goods as Chairman PIA and he think he should make some Leather / Skin of Employee of PIA .  His solution to Everything is not common sense but Making Leather of Skins of Employees who work day and Night as Servants of the state of Pakistan and earn hard Earned Money for thier children and families .

They are Placing Aircraft at Places where there is no Load , Foe example Sialkot is right next to Lahore and they are Putting Aircrafts there as Sialkot is Home to Qadianis who are found in Management of PIA in Abundance and they want to help thier Brothers there and also are getting Bribes from Operators of Sialkot Airport which is a Private airport for Diverting the Aircrafts there .

Faisalabad and Multan and DG khan are smaller cities as compared to Peshawar as Peshawar has whole FATA attached where 15% of Pakistan Lives and far large Load of Passenger lies as compared to Multan , Faisalabad and Sialkot exists but Who will tell that to Stupid Punjabi Directors .

RUNNING NON FUEL EFFICIENT PLANES  

While Pia is running Gas Guzzling and Non Fuel Efficient Planes on Short Domestic Routes ,while it should run Planes that are more are smaller in size and not big Ones like Airbus A310 and Boeing 777 which are wide bodied Aircraft and have Heavy bodies and spend double the amount of Fuel as compare to A320 Airbus which are light weight and have Technologies that Allow Less Fuel consumption .

The Airbus A320 and also ATR 700 and 400 which are Aircraft that are very Fuel efficient and spend half the Fuel of A310 and Boeing 777 are not Used on Domestic and very Short haul Route like from Lahore to Islamabad or even from Karachi to Islamabad .

Using the wrong type of Aircraft causes the Extra Wear and Tear of Wide Bodied Aircrafts and Make them Old Qicker and thier Airframe Damaged .

NO PENALTY FOR CANCELLATION OF SEATS GIVING LOSS TO PIA : 

The Mangers of PIA are stupid and idiots that are Implementing Rules for the travel Agents that are making PIA in loss while cancellation of Ticket within 24 Hours of Departure of PIA is not Penalized and the Person and Travel Agents who use this Flawed rule to Block the Seats and Hence no Seat Available Option is shown to People who really Want to travel .

if by any chance after Bribing the Travel Agents one is able to buy the PIA ticket one finds half the Aircraft empty and this is great Mystery to Many genuine Travelers  of PIA .

The reason is simple in the Sabre system of PIA the Punjabi Idiots as Director and Manager has made Rules that , if you cancle the Ticket even an hour before the Departure time you get full refund .

The travel Agents Blocks the seats even upto the Last One Hour of the departure and release them if they cant find the Passengers . But the PIA suffers as Seats goes empty making Huge Losses to PIA .

They Stupid Punjabi PIA Directors if they change this policy and Allow the Blocking of Seat for only 3 Hours only and Automatically canceling the Block and if Passenger buys the seat in full even then his Name should be retained on Passenger List , other wise penalties should be Imposed on cancellation of Seats  like 50% or 75% on cancellation with 48 Hour and 24 Hours of Departure of flight .


NO CONNECTING FLIGHTS FROM PESHAWAR TO ISLAMABAD OR KARACHI FORM INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER : 

Those who are running affairs of PIA don't under Stand the Passenger are the Boss and have to be given due comfort of Good connecting flight from Peshawar to International Route or Give a connecting fligth from Peshawar to Islamabad or Karachi to catch the flight to Middle East or other International Destination .

1. No Electric Meters : 

In FATA , there are no Electricity Meters supplied to the whole FATA , as they are no Bills and Money collected from the People of FATA which Forms about 15% Population of Pakistan are exempted them  through an Un-written law that is implemented by Islamabad that has direct control over the Tribal,s Pashtuns  of FATA.  

These Presence of No Electricity meters is going on since in the 1960,s when General Ayub Khan when he had made the Warsak Dam with the Help of the Canadians , This Dam was made in FR Peshawar area of Peshawar district right under the control of DCO Peshawar and not under the Political agent of  Khyber Agency .

FR Peshawar area is Adjacent to Peshawar Division and in Warsak Area of FR Peshawar that is an Area not inside of Khyber Agency but in Peshawar area which is Part of Pakhtunkhwa . Strangely this Area is declared also a tribal Area under the Federal Government since 1973 when the constitution of Pakistan was made . Although theses Areas could have been joined with Pakhtunkhwa at that time by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and also Abdul Wali Khan who was signing the constitution . 

Areas that has designation of being under the FATA secretariat in Islamabad  Illegally as they are actually inside of Border of Pakhtunkhwa and not Part of Map of FATA . which are distinctively separate from Pakhtunkhwa . 

Because of No Electric Meters the 15 % Population is not required to pay any Money to State of Pakistan for the electricity they use .

This undue Theft of Electricity at such a Grand Scale because of State of Pakistan Doing it as an Organized crime and also Using this to under mine the Financial Viability of PESCO ( Peshawar Electric Supply Company ) , which supplies electricity to Whole Pakhtunkhwa Province , as FATA has no Electricity Distribution Company that is separate from Pesco and Tesco ( Tribal Electric supply company ) is mere eye Wash and part of Pesco .

Some Facts About Pesco :::

1. It is run by Federal Government and Most of its Officers are Punjabi's who came because of the 70% Quota they have from Pakistan State . 
2.  Has the highest and Most Priciest on Unit of Electricity in whole of Pakistan although Electricity is mostly Produced in Pakhtunkhwa all the Dams are found here 
3. FATA and its 15% residents are the main Thieves and Crooks stealing Electricity and they are running Factories on it . 
4. The 6  FR areas inside of Pakhtunkhwa also consider their Birth Right to have Free Electricity as they are Tribal Area just like FATA so they wont Pay Bills as they demand first the FATA tribal Pay Bills then they will pay the Bills . 
5. Most of Pakistan cannot Differentiate Between Province Pakhtunkhwa and the Tribal Ares which are under the Federal Government neither these things are taught to them in schools and in media

FATA secretariat and their Administration is also confusing as one Member from each District sits in Provincial Assembly of Pakhtunkhwa but he cannot make Rule for his PATA , constituency and has to seek Permission of President of Pakistan .

Furthermore PATA is under 247 of 1973 Constitution that still maintains the Draconian Law of FCR 40 even under PATA and one is denied of Human Rights and Rights Guaranteed under the constitution of Pakistan that is inherent in Basic unchangeable Right Articles that forms the basis of

It is one of Big Mysteries of Pakistan is FATA really part of Pakhtunkhwa or not ?? , why Pakistan and Jinnah would keep the British Laws intact Behaving like Dictators and why they want to Impose this on People of FATA  Draconian Laws that separates it from Pakhtunkhwa , While Pakhtunkhwa had Article 247 Like Lord Curzons Laws with FCR 40 Laws just as Currently held in FATA currently .

After the Durand Line was Made starting from Gilgit Baltistan "" FANA ( Federally Administered Northern Areas )

It is these Black Laws  that are now Part of Article 247 of Pakistan constitution, and its Democratic right to Govern by the British and they imprisoned Bacha Khan and people of Peshawar and Pashtuns of Pakhtunkhwa rose to defend him and 1000 People of Peshawar fell in front of Machine Guns that were Manned by Punjab regiment with Sepoy,s from Punjab  from Mardan Center under Gora Officers , after the Nepalese Gorkhas , refused to Fire on un -Armed People famously .

The British Govt under it Elected Democratic PM sent a Team to Investigate and the Team came and held a Judicial Inquiry and it asked Bacha Khan and their followers , the reason and they demanded the removal of these Black Laws and hence it was Agreed to remove the Laws from whole ""NWFP"" , which is currently Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan as one province at that time .

IT is Ironic that FATA was Kept as such as even by the British cantonment would be Attacked by these Tribal and loot and Plunder the cantonment , and Peshawar areas and their Killings . so FATA was kept as Such to Protect themselves from these Tribes of FATA .In order to do that British used a cunning Tactics via their bureaucracy that were run by Grandson of Mir Jaffar "' President Skinder Mirza ""'  from East Pakistan who was Titled """ Traitor of India """ and his name is Synomous to Traiotr , he was Later President of Pakistan and some Qadiani Elements in Bureaucracy of Pakistan and Pakhtunkhwa and the Pashtun Politicians like ""Sherpao Family"" and the ""Sahibzadas"",  "Babers and ""Arbabs ""Deobandi Mullahs of Pashtun Area , who had Pledged Allegiance Punjabi Based Deobandis with close Ties to British at that time under Qasim Naintawi and Mehmod ul Hassan and Obaid Ullah Sindhi all Punjabis and Previous Tutors in East Indian company of Arabic and Persian under ""Sir Syed Ahmad Khan """ an Indian Pashtun who had been translator from the British and Mr Durand and Rooskeepal British Political Agents representing East India company Viceroy """Lord Curzon"" in Durand Line commission.

These Mullahs were on pay role of British and they formed the Maliks and also the tehsildars and political Administration of KPK and FATA area and they made an Alliance towards not making FATA same as NWFP/KPK and demanded a separate Laws of FCR 40 and Lord Curzon Laws , currently under Article 247 of Pakistan 1973 Constitution.

Not much has changed even when the British Left and they Passed a Law called the Partition Act where all the Previous laws were null and Void and FATA even after Partition was kept the same when there was no Legal basis and First constitution of ""Liaqat ali Khan """Objective Resolution "" had no Mention of FATA .

 These Same traitors and British Chamchas  Bureaucrats of British era become the Presidents and Majority Muslim Leaguers under Jinnah and also the Generals in the Army and usurped power from the Politicians and they wanted to use the FATA for their"" Great Game Strategy""' and """Strategic depth"""" after they formed Alliances with USA and NATO in Baghdad pact and they wanted dearly the Draconian Lord Curzon Laws and wanted to complete what that British had left incomplete because of two World wars and Lack of Army manpower after 1945 when WW2 Ended . The Bureaucracy of Punjab and the Generals of Punjab wanted FATA for their Misadventures in Afghanistan and Central Asia and Americans were friend not Master rather the Opposite in this Gerat Game and FATA was the Launching Pad and Officer of Army were sent to USA to get Trained from Incompetent Generals who Passed Last on Merit in  """PMA""" and were not fit for and Below Average officers like ""General Zia( failed his Staff college Quetta ) """ (  to Hamid Gul to Mushraff and also other contributed who were never fit to be even a col in Pakistan Army on Merit .

The Assemblies of Pakhtunkhwa and Baluchistan were Dissolved and a Punjabi Rajput """Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto""' son of British Chamcha,  """Sir Shah Nawaz Khan """ a Punjabi who was Given Land in Sind for his Service to British was part of this Scheme.

The East Pakistan 60% of Pakistan Broke away in Protest and Pashtun never did any Protest and Became""" Loyal Pakistanis""" serving under the Punjabi establishment Draconian Black Laws and in the forefront were the """""Tribals  FATA Walas and their Political Agents and """Maliks""" who were loyal to British found their other Pattern the Punjabis . No Jurisdiction of Parliament and Pakistan Secretariat in FATA  : 

The Pakistan Constitution and National Assembly has no Jurisdiction in FATA , that is under Direct Federal Rule of Islamabad and is controlled by the President of Pakistan and the FATA secretariat which is not under Pakistan Secretariat that controls Pakistan.

No Jurisdiction of Pakhtunkhwa Parliament and its Secretariat in FATA  : 

The Pakhtunkhwa parliament and Pakhtunkhwa Secretariat does not control FATA and its Laws and it is controlled Directly by the FATA Secretariat under President  of Pakistan .

No Jurisdiction of Supreme court in FATA : 

There is no Jurisdiction of Supreme court and High court of Pakthunkhwa in FATA , as it is termed as FATA Federal Jurisdiction Area under Islamabad by Pakistan constitution under Article 247 and it is not governed by the National and Provincial Assembly and hence , the Governance is controlled b Article 247 , just one Point Agenda of Pakistan Constitution and it says that FCR 40 ,which are 40 Laws that Govern the Justice and Law system of FATA



No Jurisdiction of Peshawar high court in FATA 

 Even when FATA is considered as Part of Pakhtunkhwa or not is a mystery for all Practical Purposes that , Peshawar high court has no Jurisdiction in FATA and recently Passed Changed in Article 247 sub Section ( 6) , only Says now that , FATA people have Right to challenge the Authority of Political Agents of FATA secretariat in Islamabad under the  President of Pakistan under a Tribunal constituted by Retired or Serving Judges or Peshawar High court but will work under the Rules of Article 247 and FCR 40 . common on this is another Joke on people of FATA . what is use of Such Rubbish Amendment in first place when , other 300 to 500 Article of constitution are not implemented in FATA . No Jurisdiction of Islamabad high court in FATA 

Recently when Islamabad High court came into being , which has Jurisdiction in Federal controlled Areas ,  7 FATA Agencies and 6 FR Areas were conveniently left out and this happened, and later when even an Amendment took place that allowed appeal process after Political Agent makes a Decision under the Article 247 and FCR 40 He cannot be challenged in the Islamabad High court although Peshawar high court can theoretically but not according to constitution of Pakistan but in Limited way only it can look into the 40 Laws which are called the FCR 40 and under Article just one Article of Constitution that is called Article 247 . A joke was Played with FATA People and they were Given the Feeler they are Slaves and will be treated like the Slaves in future  as well .

When  No Jurisdiction of NAB in FATA 

It is so Curious that , FATA which is controlled by the Bureaucrats is Home of highest corruption in Pakistan , yet when it comes to Implementation of Nab FATA , exempted because of two simple reason that , NAB is only Used for Political Victimization of Politicians and since the FATA is directly controlled by the Punjabi Establishment via the Corrupt FATA secretariat and its Predominate Punjabi Bureaucracy and Political Agents who are Direct rulers of FATA and with Fascists God Like Authority and as the Powerfull Arms of Punjabi Establishment .

It is strange that , NAB and Ehtesab Bureau has not caught a Single Person from FATA for Corruption and its Rulers who are just Figures heads and Dummies like 8 Senators and 12 MNA of FATA and countless Local People who work for FATA secretariat are never probed by the NAB , National Accountability Bureu and since 1947 , less then 2 % of What was Allocated budgets is actually Applied to the Projects which exists on the record , rest of 98% goes to Pockets of Punjab Federal Secretariat and the President of Pakistan  and also the , Punjabi Secretaries of Islamabad and Also the bureaucracy of Pakhtunkhwa are although not directly involved only the Political Agents and Tehsildars low grade officers Muhrars and also lower grade class 4 employees are all billionaires in rack in corruption which is Highest in Pakistan and world even for the record

No Jurisdiction of Ehtesab Bureau in FATA 

As mentioned Above Ehtesab Bureau is Provincial Department and not a Federal Entity like the NAB , so FATA is not Part of Pakhtunkhwa and it has 8 Senators and also 12 MNA and No MPA that sits in the Pakhtunkhwa Assembly hence it is a Separate Province technically but in the Constitution of Pakistan it is not Given any Legal Status and No laws of Pakhtunkhwa or either of its Department has any Relationship with FATA and so is the Ehtesab Bureau of Pakhtunkhwa .

Safron Ministry or Department of Aliens ( Not Outer Space Aliens ) or Illaqa Ghair

Majority of Deaths occur in Pashtun Land of Pakhtunhwa , FATA , Baluchistan which has 90 % Pashtuns , as locals and Also as Afghanis .

This Areas is all Along the Durand Line and it is all Inhibited by Pashtuns and they are here since the time of Bible old testament, which Mentioned their Existence here .

It is so Curious that Hazara situated in Pakhtunkhwa a no Deaths because of IED or Bomb Blasts or Suicide Attack  have never occurred so far as Presumably very Less Population of Pashtuns exists in these Areas according to Pakistan Establishment with Punjabi's Predominant as Policy makers  Point of view other wise the facts are far from this .

Punjab is all Spared by Taliban and Terrorists and even if Some thing has occurred it is less then 1% of total causalities of War on Terror and all Pakistan wars on Afghanistan to Defeat Russians and also Americans ( Far from Fact as Pakistan was All funded by USA  for this ).  They have the Deobandis School of Thought Centers in Raiwind run by Mullah Tariq Jameel ,  a Deobandi and Pakistan Establishment supported Scholar and also in Mansoora in Lahore , which is center of Mother of all Evils the ""'Deobandies"""' , the religion  of Majority of  terrorists and the Taliban .

HQ of Deobandies is the Mansoora Nearby in Punjab Lahore . Lahore is also known as Throne or Takht I Lahore .

Lahore as HQ of Pakistani Establishment as Majority of Generals and Mullahs and Also powerful Most Politicians belong from there , there is the Head Quarters of Jamaat Islami and Taliban , Jamaat Islami is a Clear Punjabi Establishment B Teams as it Proved in East Pakistan Rapes and Massacres and Joint Graves of East Pakistani Bengali's People who Wanted More Human Rights and Rights and Equality with West Pakistan and the Punjabi's .

That is why Mullah like these and Taliban Component Parties like LET (Lashkar Toiba ) Headed by  a Punjabi Mullah Mr Hafiz Syed and the LEJ (Lashkar Jhangavi ) Headed by the Punjabi Mullahs are all Punjab based in Around Lahore. In Punjabi Leaders form the Majority and the Back Bone of  Taliban. with the Launching pad in FATA and in Around Radcliffe Line , that divide India and Pakistan .

Punjab has 12,000 Registered and same equal amount of 12,000 Un- registered Madrissahs , which are the base of Taliban . Used as the Brain Washing Centers and their Training for Specific Kind of ""Jihad""', against Pashtuns of Afghanistan and in Pakistan.

This is in Line with Policies of Punjabi Establishment and it is reason for these same Strange Aspects of War on  terror that has not been reported by Any Media in Pakistan which is dominated by Punjabi's .

The Article 247, which is Part of Pakistan Constitution has Given a Free hand to Oppressors the Political Agents who are Corrupt Bureaucrats and they implement the Stick or Punishment in form of Collective Punishment that is Destroying and Razing to ground of Houses and Making whole village raised to ground for fault of one Person and also , Political Agents can Implement Punishments of collective fines amounting to Multi Million Rupees on whole Village and tribe .

In  this Scenario , the slave of Punjabi's from FATA  are used as a tool in Policies  of terrorism and  as a Geo Political Tool .

Although FATA has almost Negligible Madrissahs and Areas of Terrorist Training , Practical form of training in Ammunition or Firearms which are held else where in Punjab in Southern Punjab's  Hills and Abandoned Areas .

Theoretical Training is in Lahore and Faisalabad and in the central Punjab and that is reason 75% of Pakistan  Madrissahs are found there.

FATA for All Practical Purposes is the Launching Pad for the terrorism Activities of Terrorist that were called from All Around the World like Middle East who formed Al -Qeada and ISIS / Daghish, Taliban from Afghanistan from Refugee camps , Uzbek's from Central Asia  are used for Terrorism in Chechnya and For the Chinese Mission of Pakistan interference

Baluchi Terrorist are used in Iran and are Indoctrinated with hate and venom , Against Shia,s by Promoting Sectarianism by Pakistan for that Purposes .

TERRORISM AS A GEOPOLITICAL TOOL 

Terrorism is Geo Political tool , that is Extension of Great Game and it is Used for that Purpose , In the Old Great Game it was Britain as Imperial Power and it was Against the Russia  and Afghanistan was the target to be conquered after three War of Anglo - Afghan Wars  the Britain was defeated and they could not Achieve much working from Platform of India and using FATA nothing has changed much even now with Previous servants of British and their families in charge now.

Same is case of Iran , Pakistan with its Pumped up Hate and Preaching Against Shia ,s and Also using Lashkar Jhangavi and Taliban to Attack Shia mostly in Pashtun areas of Baluchistan and Pakhtunkhwa and FATA . It is considered Pakistan will use the Taliban and it Lashkars and Sipahs Sahaba and Ahel Sunnat Based Deobandies in Punjabi in Future Against the Muslim country of Iran and Afghanistan in Near future and Pakistan has not considered to join China and Russians in SCO in whole Hearted fashion .
