There was a Knock on my door at Most Posh Area Peshawar and I expected a uniformed and Efficient Cleaner at my Door and with a Nice Modern Vehicle at my Door Asking me for a Black Bag to take my garbage Away.
But when I opened the Door there was a Shabby man and a Donkey Cart that Looked from 6th century BC , and was all brown and muddy and Smelly . The Illegal Immigrant an Afghan refugee asked me in coarse Pashto , do you have Garbage to throw or not ( Mean you Have something for me or go to hell) .
My Jaw dropped to floor and I was surprised and I asked the Boy outside who was not Legal Age of Labor classification, that is he the same Contractor that Imran Khan’s Inquilabi PTI Government has Appointed to Pick the Garbage, he replied in Affirmative.
He confirmed his In charge Illegal Immigrant Afghan refugee contractor lives in Slum where the Afghan refugee camp near the Peshawar Intermediate Board office lives and he pays 100 Rupees per Street as bribe to get this contract. Countless vehicle for collecting Garbage would be Either sold off and money Pocketed by PTI Government and Secondly the Fuel allowances of Garbage Trucks that used to Pick Garbage running to 5- to 6 Billion Rupees would be easily Pocketed by the PTI MPA,s and CM as their “ Baap Ka Mall “.
