AREAS OF PAKISTAN NOT UNDER LAWS OF PAKISTAN ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 247

Lone Single Article of Constitution Governing Tribal Areas , Article 247. 

Tribal Areas of Pakistan have 4 Components Parts  and it is not Governed by constitution of Pakistan but only a Single Article of Pakistan constitution called Article 247  .

FATA is Governed  by just one Article of constitution which is called , Article 247 , which has Maintained and implemented East Indian company Laws that  are 150 Years old and made by the  British Empire under Queen of England and Lord Curzun a British Viceroy of East India company.


Pakistan State Policy since 1947 about Tribal Areas and Pashtun.  

The  British Divided the Sub continent into

1. Afghanistan
2. Pakistan
3. India
4 , Bangladesh or East Pakistan
5. Nepal
6 .Burma

From Muhammad Ali Jinnah who Made Pakistan Kept stuck on with same Laws as Lord Curzon as Loyal Servant and so did his followers to this day as Kala Sahibs called , the  FCR , Frontier crimes Regulation , Muslim League ,  Participated in Divide and Rule and Partition of India in Partition Act of India , which was British Plan to Divide and Maybe continue its Rule after Leaving it after World War 2 after its Lost all its Military and Naval Glory and might of British Empire to hold its colonies through the Army and Defense Forces .

After Partition of 1947, the state of Pakistan Kept on Following the Policies of British and Now the Gora British changed their Seats with Kala ( Black ) Sahibs , the Punjabi's, who were """"Loyal Puris """, faithful to the British . They had served as Soldiers  for the British Empire and almost 50 Lakh,s had sacrificed their lives for the British and to save the Queen .

Punjabi's and Biharis Bengali's ,  had been the Back Bone of the British Army and Defense Farces as Soldiers and Sepoy's and Officers were all British and whites , while the Blacks were Punjabi's Bengali's , as Soldiers and the Bengali's/ Biharis of India.

Punjabi's formed the Punjab regiment and FF or Pifer Regiments known as Punjab Frontier Regiments and Bengali's and Biharis formed the Bengal Army Part of East Indian company .


Punjabi,s were Gift of God to British Imperialists as Faithful and Loyalists

Punjabi's Followed the British Policies even More then the British Themselves and many Areas of Pashtun Population who had Opted in So called Referendum held by British Although there was Sitting Assembly of Elected Pashtun Representatives the Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Assembly which was By Passed.

 Elected Leaders Led by Bacha Khan and Dr Khan Sahib His brother in Awami National Party ,  were Ignored and criminally Neglected as Elected Leader in Pakhtunkhwa Assembly ,  by the British and they went with their created Muslim Leaguers led by Jinnah .

This Deed of British and Muslim League which had Zero Representation in Pakhtuknwa  is controversial as it Gave Legality to controversial Durand Line Agreement.

Referendum was held only in Pakhtunkhwa and was not Held in FATA or Baluchistan Area at all , was made Basis of inclusion of Pakhtunkhwa , FATA and Baluchistan , not Pakistan .

Afghanistan , and Most of Pashtuns on both side of Durand line look at Durand Line as fake Deal and expired Agreement which is actually correct approach according to international Laws , making the Durand Line Agreement suspicious and not Legal .

With this Basis of Referendum Both having Illegal Status Boycotted by the Sitting Assembly of Pakhtunkhwa , As Afghanistan Durand Line Agreement was Given a Fake Legality, the Pakistan Kala Sahib Lead by the Punjabi's as Punjabi Establishment made , the following Moves towards Pashtuns ,  East of Durand Line , in Pakistan Area. by fearing them and dividing them further and further , as Paranoid and Paranoia run Polices by Loyal Puris faithful of British and running their Policies .

Pashtuns were Divided into 3 Main  Segments and Bits and Pieces that are as Follows :

1. Pakhtunkhwa area ( Previously Named as NWFP in 1947) with Kalat State and Areas now known as Baluchistan was Part of Pakhtunkhwa and one of Biggest Province size wise.
2.  FATA ( 1947 , only  4 Agencies Mommand Agency  , Khyber Agency , North and South Waziristan ) 
3. FR 11 Areas of  Pakhutnkhwa / NWFP area which Included Kalat state ( Later Baluchistan ) as well ( Peshawar , Kohat , Bannu and DI Khan , Zhob , Loralai , Dalbandin, Chagai , Sibi Mari and Bugti Areas )  Areas know as Frontier Areas which was sort of Buffer zone between settled Area of Pakhtunkhwa and FATA 

This status continued till 1971 , and Pakistan did not have constitution till then and Pakistna was Ruled by """Objective Resolution """ made by a Jew Leoplod  ( Maulana Asad )  under Pakistan PM , Liaqat Ali Khan and Jinnah founder of Pakistan and their Muslim  Leaguers made by British as thier Rep,s after they leave India.

Pakistan had a Ministry called Safron which controlled these Area , run by Active Service Army Officers mostly Punjabi's by Jinnah and Liaqat Ali Khan.



Pakistan State Policy since 1971 about Tribal Areas and Pashtun.  

Later the Punjabi Establishment in 1971 after Dissolving of One Unit further Divided the Pashtuns into further Tits and Bits , the Protesting Leaders of Bacha Khan family and His sons were all Put behind Bars and were Tortured and Murder and Sedation and Treason charges were put on them and Put on Death rows and waiting list for the Gallows .

The Pashtuns were further Divided into 7 Parts  :

1.  Pakhtunkhwa divided into 2 ( As Pakhutnkhwa and Baluchistan ) 
2.  Baluchistan ( 90 % of its Population is Pashtuns and 10% Baluchis) 
3. South Punjab, (Chipped off from Pakhtunkwha and Joined with Punjab in 1971) 
4.  FATA 7 Agencies ( Bajaur , Mommand , Khyber , Orakzai , Kurrum , North and South Waziristan ) 
5.  Pakhtunkhwa 6 FR Areas of  ( Peshawar , Kohat , Orakzai , Bannu Lakki and DI Khan )
6.  Baluchistan 7  FR  Areas Zhob , Loralai , Dalbandin, Chagai , Sibi Mari and Bugti Areas )
7.  PATA ( Provincially Administered Tribal Area )

Pashtun  Areas of Pakistan Current  : 

Tribal Areas of Pakistan area controlled by the current constitution of Pakistan, made in 1973 by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Signed by the Opposition Parties like Awami National Party. 

The control of Tribal Areas is by the Federal government Directly not by the Provinces or even the Actual Areas of Tribal Area or its representatives who cannot make any Laws for it or change its Status .

Current Status of FATA is as follows

FATA consists of the following Areas , as according to Article 247 of constitution , that are :


A:   7 FATA Tribal  Agencies from North to South Along the Durand Line which are 

1. Bajaur Agency ( Established in 1971 by Pakistan ) 
2. Mommand Agency ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
3. Khyber Agency ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
4. Orakzai Agency ( Established in 1971) 
5. Kurrum Agency ( Established in 1971) 
6. North Waziristan ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
7. South Waziristan ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 

B:  6 FR or Frontier Areas from North to South while Being Inside of Pakhtunkhwa Area  : 

1. Fr Peshawar ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
2. Fr Kohat ( Established in 1971 by Pakistan ) 
3. Fr Orakzai ( Established in 1971 by Pakistan ) 
4. Fr Bannu ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 
5. Fr Tank ( Established in 1971 by Pakistan ) 
6. Fr DI Khan ( Established in 1901 after Durand line Agreement in 1898) 

C:  7 PATA Provincially Administrated Tribal Areas inside of Pakhtunkhwa Area   : 

1. Chitral 
2. Dir Upper 
3. Dir Lower 
4. Swat 
5. Kalam 
6. Kohistan 
7. Manshera Tribal Area  
8. State of Amb. 

D: 5 PATA Areas Inside of Baluchistan Area  : 

1. Zhob 
2. Loralai 
3. Dalbandin 
4. Chagai 
5. Sibi Mari and Bugti Areas 

E: Pakhtunkhwa  Province : 

Although it is considered as 15% of Pakistan and the Pashtun are in Plains of Pakhtunkhwa and Hazara or People of Mughal or Tajik / Uzbek Turkic Descent are counted as Majority in Pakhtunkhwa while being in Hilly Areas .

This Stats of Consensus is fudged and also falsified by the Punjabi Establishment and most of Stats are taken with a Pencil during the Consensus .

Pashtuns are counted as 7% of Population and Hazara as 8% and hence a Majority while Pashtuns are Majority , in this Province and its is by Magic of FR Areas that fall inside of Pakhtunkhwa Area while being controlled by Federation are not counted as Population of Pakhutnkhwa , while being Physically Present inside of the Pakhtunkhwa .

This Arrangement was made by the British and later expanded by the Punjabi Establishment in 1971,

The Punjabi Establishment because of their Paranoid Behavior has not counted the FATA immigrant in Pakhtunkhwa which have crossed about 100 Million and another 100 Million Afghans who are Born here but are counted as refugees but are actually are by law now Citizen of Pakistan because of their Birth Certificate .

Pakhutnkhwa was made Smaller in 1971, after one Unit when South Punjab was Separated from it and Joined in Punjab making Punjab Artificially big and giving small Population of Punjabi's as false Majority .

The South Punjabi which have a large Population of Pashtuns still are Lost in Identity crises and don't know they are Punjabi or Pashtun or Sairki ( Baluchis and Pashtuns Mixed )  till to this date.

F: Baluchistan Province : 

In Baluchistan was Part of Pakhtunkhwa till 1971 , when the Punjabi Establishment or the Military and Bureaucratic Structurer  ,through a Shrewed Arrangement after Dissolving of the One Unit made Baluchistan as a separate Province by Dividing Pakhtunkhwa into two  Segments that is " Baluchistan from State of ""Kalat""

The Pashtun were in 1971, and later in constitution of Pakistan in 1973, labeled as Baluchis although , they are Pashtuns and speak Pashto .

The Pakistan Government does not run any , consensus in Baluchistan and since 1947 , not a Single concsensus or count of People have been held since then , and this is Proof that.

Conclusion: 


 Pakistan run by Punjabi Establishment wants to hide this fact and wants to Make Pashtuns subjugated and Not provide them with Equal Status .

Pashtun are not provided Either Democracy or Vote Power and Majority of People of Pakistan are Pashtuns but they are not provided the Power of Vote or they are counted in Demography or in Votes and they are made Minorities in their own Provinces and Geographical Areas .

History of Punjabi's


Punjabi were known as Loyal Puris , ( British called them as their Loyal Agents ) and Named Faisalabad ,as Loyal Pur , they designed the cantonment of Faisalabad in Shape of Union Jack the Flag of Britain .

While we Pashtuns started fighting from 1800 to 1947 for whole 150 Years the Punjabi were cosy to them and Licking their feet,s and more then 50, Lakh Punjabi also laid down their lives for the Queen of Britain as Loyal Puri,s .

They sold their freedom and settled for being Servants of British , while Pashtuns were Busy fighting for their freedoms and most of British Army that Fought the Pashtun and in Pashtuns Area were having Punjabi Sepoy's ( Muslim and Sikhs Both ) lying their Lives for British Master as Loyal Puri, s as British with love called them

Is Asking for Rights is being a Traitor?


In order to deny Opportunity of Century that china is trying to Develop its Areas in South china ( Adjacent to Pakistan ) where Separation Movement are Happening because of Mismatch of Economic Development with central china , china is spending money and offering development as Pak- China corridor .

They are changing the route and dragging it towards Indian Border towards WAGAH Lahore which was never part of Original Route and making it in proximity with Radcliffe line , near Wagah Lahore and Sialkot and also other Areas that is in bombing Range of Indian army and they could Manipulate it very well.

His steel mills are operating from Scrap and Iron bought from India and he is prospering from Indian trade and he is trying to sell the National Interest of Pakistan by dragging the PAK china corridor to India , as India wants dearly to Connect to Pakistan and onwards to Afghanistan to sell its goods to Central Asia and becime a Super Power and Make Pakistan its Subject

Just when Nawaz Sharif came into Power he canceled the Pak Iran Pipe Line ( On Instruction of USA and its Poodle the Saudia Arabia and Qatar GCC countries ) , that could have provided cheap Gas to Punjab ( The Only Province in Pakistan that cant Produce Gas and 70% of Gas Consumer are in Punjab while the rest of Three Provinces produce the gas ) .

He went to Qatar and Saudia to buy LPG 5 time expensive Gas then the Iran CNG Gas that has already arrived at the Border with Pakistan and Pakistan not Having Infrastructure to get it at Karachi Ports as well ( for which Loans from World Bank and IMF would have to be Taken ) .

Why he would want to sabotage a cheaper gas from Iran , if Pakistan and its Establishment cant afford to buy CNG gas from Iran ,How come Pakistan can go for Pak China corridor and Alienate its Best Friends in USA and GCC countries ????

Nawaz Sharif does not have the Balls to do Pak china Corridor in-fact , and it is making it controversial on Purpose to sabotage it on Purpose as it has links with USA and GCC Arab countries and Indian RAW .

As Indian has joined in Partner ship with USA recently after its Strategic Shift at time of Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh Punjabi from Non Aligned to now in Partner Ship with USA ( The changed Dynamic after 9/11)

The Enemy of USA group Includes , China , Iran and Russians Who were offering to build IP Pipe line from Pak Iran Border to Punjab with its 4 Billion free Aid ( Not Loan ) , which was Refused by Nawaz Sharif .

That was Exactly the PM Nawaaz Shairf was running after Expensive Shell gas from Qatar and Bahrain on terms and conditions that are Shaddy and not shown to Public and even the Rates of That LPG Gas from Qater is also not Decided or Made Public and would Fluctuate and changing day to day ???

This is clear Deviation from National Interest of Pakistan and according to Dicates of RAW Indians and CIA Usa and is clear Proof that Nawaz Sharif Works for both and gets money from both .

Further more he has Link with Taliban Punjab Wing ( All based in Punjab like LEJ Lashkar Jhangavi , SSP Sipah Sahaba , and ASWJ Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat , Jundullah Group that works against Iran made from Break away faction of LEJ ) , his close confident Rana Sana Ullah and also most of his cabinet and Minister and MNA are selected by Votes of these Taliban Punjab Wing and reagularly hob nob with terrorists and Taliban

Even Nawaz is Dilly Dallying the NAP ( National Action Plan ) that targets the Terrorist who have Agendas against China Iran and Afghanistan . So far regular criminals are being hanged and real Terrorist are being not Hanged .

The Army chief said Publicaly that RAW ( Thieu Partners are CIA , and GCC countries who send money to them and all madrissahs in Pakistan ) is behind this Bombs that actually have Killed in 3 Provinces ( Non Punjabi's ) apart from Punjab where less then 1 % Terrorist Incidents occurs operating from Afghanistan , well most of Dens of these Terrorists are in Punjab and Nawaz Sharif is supported by them and he supports thier Leaders with help and money ( Another Proof that he is RAW Agent as he does not want Peace and trade with china Iran and Afghanistan )

Pakistan Army should look into Affairs of this Strange Personality it created itself via Government Run Banks and ISI , via Habib Bank and Mehran bank ( who also Made MQM) .

He is constantly working against Pakistan and trying to drown us in Loans and Interest Making scheme ( Like Yellow cabs, Loan for Metro for Islamabad with population of less then 1 Million with 70 % Non Local Peons and worker ) a waste of money and he does not invest in Electricity Generating Projects like IP , Pipe Line or the Thar coal Projects etc .

He wants Spanners and controversy that can stop these Projects and he did not accept free Aid and 4 Billion Dollars from Russia and wanted to Accept loan from IMF and World Bank as he wants Pakistani to be Bogged down in Loans and Interests SOOD as we call it Haram in Quran and most of Allah Regions Abhors it , yet our Muslim Leaguer PM Wants to Work for Banks and Bankers .

Are Pashtuns Agents of Raw?

At All Started when there was there Meeting of all parties concerned of Small provinces in particular and they were gathered to discuss the Pak-China Economic corridor on request of Baluchistan and Pakhtunkhwa , they most concerned and also Gilgit Baltistan not to forget .

The Federation run by Majority Punjabi's although Being a Minority , They claim to be a Majority after adding Sariki Race as South Punjabi's who are being more in Number then the Punjabi who are only found in Central Punjab .

The Central Punjabi or the Punjabi in Short have Grasped by hook and crook all the resources and Administration  of Pakistan since Last 67 Years , by their false Majority. 

The Central Punjabi's what is known famously as Takht-i-Lahore , as it is called in Contempt were Dilly Dallying and Trying to Hide from Open Discussion and wanted not to face the ire of Small Provinces and Trying to Brush this Discussion under the Carpet .

The Punjabi Establishment the Army , Bureaucracy and Political Class all are in fake Majority from Takht-i-Lahore ( It is Hidden Fact that Punjabi are not majority they claim Majority by Adding South Punjabi's and Some Area of Baluchistan to make themselves Artificially large after 1971 One Unit Dissolution ) , as it seems were not Happy to call this Meeting and they made a Mess of it not to hide it in Plain sight .

Just before it Started on Live Television they showed the clips of Indian TV , thinking these Clips by the free media of Indian were made by RAW ( counter part of ISI ) stupidity over comes our Logic everyday in Pakistan.

They Think India are not Happy with Pak-China Corridor ( Obviously the China Milking Pakistan is because China and Indian are Rivals and have fought Wars ) .

As India Thinks that Pakistan will be Partnering their Enemies China will Use Pakistan to Fight some Proxy Wars in Kashmir ( Off course Using Pashtuns of FATA another Joke as FATA is Itself Enslaved as FCR Lord Curzon Ruled Part of Pakistan without Having a Valid Pakistan constitution  ) .

Our Punjabi Establishment has previously had Helped  Khalistan Movement of their Punjabi Brethren the Sikh Hindus  as Previously our GHQ being a Sympathizer of Punjabi Sikh Hindus , had been Helping a Separation Movement of Punjabi Sikhs and off course to Make a Bigger Punjab Joining the East and West Punjabi as one with Pakistan Sic ?????

So they Discussion was started with contempt of Pashtuns and started with an Insult that was on Live National TV , what a Jokers the Punjabi's are in this world of Information .

Why so much Insult of Pashtuns was so much Necessary ????????  by foreigner family that runs Pakistan created with help of ISI and GHQ and few bankers  ( The Indian Born Family of Amritsar of Raiwind Known as Sharif Family Muhajirs from India ).

This Insult was done right in the Middle of Debate of  National Importance with help of some Unreliable Media clips by some average Joe of India  who made it , working as some Middle class mostly not very Qualified Persons . 

Why so Much Importance was given to it and the Help of Indian Media Channels was so Necessary being shown  Live on All the channels of Pakistani Media while the Information and Discussion of Pak china Route was not even Given officially and no Information was Divulged to Baluchistan , Gilgit or even Pakhtunkhwa ????

When an Idiot runs a Government like this , even the most Nationalist and patriotic will Ask questions it is all But Natural 

The Pashtun and Baluchi were Given the Message , To Shut the Fuck up !!!!!!   You are Asking for Rights as You are Not a Pakistan but a Slave of Punjabistan .  

Your Children will continue to be slave of our Punjabi children for Next 50 Years . Your children y cant be Generals or Federal Secretaries or Other High Bureaucracy Positions.

Baluchi,s and Pashtuns are off limits as your are Agents of India  and your Independent Mind and Thought is not Needed as you are Bloody Non Pakistani .

Imran Khan and PTI seems to Have extreme Hate of Pakhtunhwa Pashtuns and those who are extreme Victim of Stupid Polices of our Federation run by Punjabi's  and its Wars in Afghanistan and use of FATA as Launching Pad for the Wars and sending Taliban to Destabilize Afghanistan and Kashmir.

Because of Requirement of FATA as No Mans Land or " Elaqa Ghair ""  the Others Land , the Federation has kept it Backward as a Policy that was Pursued by Lorg Curzon and now by The Punjabi's since 1947 .

What is a Shaheed :

Today I want to say about Shaheeds, In the English Shaheeds is name of a person who sacrifices his life for the good of Others and is known by the word Martyr, The death of a martyr or the value attributed to it is called martyrdom and in Hindi or Urdu as Derived from Arabic it is called Shahdat or Being a Shaheed.

Martyr or Shaheed is somebody who suffers persecution or death for advocating, a belief or cause of either a religious or secular nature as Nationalism .

In this case the Nationalism is within Boundaries of Pakistan and being a Pakistani or Proud National of a country and Shaheed who Sacrifices his most precious thing which is his or her life for Pakistan is being Lauded today here sir. 

Most martyrs are considered holy or are respected by their followers, becoming a symbol of exceptional leadership and heroism. Martyrs play significant roles in religions and Nationalism.

Wide spread use of Shahdat or martyrdom was used by the early Christians who first began to use the term martyr in its new sense saw Jesus Christ or Hazrat Eisa PBUH as the first and greatest martyr, or Shaheed on account of his crucifixion. The early Christians appear to have seen Jesus as the archetypal martyr.

This was reason for honor Attached with Such Sacrifice and it was considered an honor that one is ready to die for the good of People or a Country or even maybe their Identity as Pashtun are dying today by hands of power who are afraid of them in Pakistan and outside of Pakistan .

Later In Islam Shahdat was used as term that described the Early Muslim converts who used to embrace death for the Better life of their country men and fellow in Religious Beliefs , they invented this term Shaheed or Shahdat for this .

It was those Shaheed and their Holy battles that spread Islam all Around the world , and made us Muslim starting from Arabistan.

1. A Hero : who is willing to Sacrifice everything for his cause and belief , even his life

2. An Opposition : who is Willing to oppose the Hero and his belief in his cause and form an opposition to him without that there can be no Hero in fact.

3. Foreseeable Risk : Hero know the Risk it can be to his possession material or to his life .

4. Courage and Commitment: Without courage or Being a Coward nobody can be a hero and that courageous person has to be committed and has firm Belief in his cause that is dedicated to other the society.

5. Death : Without death there can be no Shaheed or Martyr , as his firm belief brings about his or her death by the Opposition.

6. Audience : Without People who remember the good Deed of Shaheed most are forgotten in History and in Minds of People and have no recognition so Audience to Applaud and remember then is very Important .



I would like to Point to Shaheeds of Pakistan especially Pakhtunkhwa , these are People who sacrifices their lives for the country by Embracing death and for their Firm belief in our country and its defense and for Integration and Strong Pakistan .

These are the people of our Defense forces who are first line of Defense against our Opposition and our enemies and they are there to protect us from harm and from Instability , they are our Heroes and when then die they are Shaheed and Martyrs for us .

In fact Osama Bin laden was hidden in Hazara just near the Pakistan Military Academy in Abbot Abad safe and sound till he was Killed like a rat there by USA.

These training activities and camps are reason that the real people of FATA are displaced and their 1000,s of Mailiks are killed in Suicide bombing on them via the Taliban to shut them in Silence.

FATA will be used in Training activities for the new contract that it from training activities, and other Terrorism related activities.

So in Nut Shell the New corridor will finance the Proxies that are now for sale for any body who can buy then and there is a saying if the Russian pays Russian Rubals , the Pakistanis will take on the Americans as well , very Popular on Social media , commenting on mercenary activity of the state.
