Well it is is story from Rags to Riches and he has done it on name of Navy , he names his property business as Bahria town or Naval Town rubing the famous Name of Defence Housing Authority on himself illegally  , and he openly admits to bribing Beureucrats and politician and Generals to do his job .

He meddles in affairs of Politics of Pakistan and gifts properties to Politicans and Generals and Journalists , he has no limits to do what he , Malik Riaz do best that is making money from property .

In country like Pakistan which has been described like a big Garrison state , where the Punjabi dominated Military controls everything with iron hand the Media , religion and also the Internal and foreign policy , Mr Malik Riaz has found the secret recipe to control and make use of it all .

He was once part of it as low paid  Electrition Aprentice in MES , Military Engineering service , also know as """Money earning services""", because of corruption and money making in works department that is part of Pakistan Army and Defence forces . This department makes houses and building and maintain and contracts are awarded here and in charge of this service are men in uniform and they take bribes as Money and procedures of transparency are not followed and Auditors of Pakistan government have no access are not able to challenge the powerful military that Runs Pakistan .

This place was perfect place to teach him a lessons in power and corruption that made the Bahria Town possible   In fact nobody can use the name of Defeence Department such as Navy , who has the guts ???? , only this man who was able to bribe and pay money to DEFENCE people and he decided to make use of name of Defence as DHA or defence Housing Authority was the only venue that has decent infrastructure and he cashed on its name via partner ship with men in uniform .

There is a case in supreme court challenging his use of Name Bahria town translates as Naval Town.  He paid off people in places that matters , in fact BHA is a Housing Authority that mean it has got an Authority to lease land documents .

which is big legal issue that can only be as being a land Lease granting Authority can only be done if it passed a bill in Provincial Assembly by Parliamentarians , and law  granted by constitution of Pakistan . Incredibly he bought the whole law and constitution of Pakistan . How he did that as he partnered with power full army officers and especially those who ran the DHA .

it is stated by the people that since housing Authority is only granted leasing rights after it is passed as law in Parliamnet since he was doing that in Punjab , he passed the law in Punjab Parliament via his association with Right wing Muslim leaguers as well right winger in Sind the MQM that are actually extension of our Punjabi establishment and the the Bahria and DHA is found on the same document and piece of paper that was passed in Punjab Assembly. The same formula was repeated in Sind parliament with help of MQM .

Therefore BHA and DHA is sort of twins and mostly the Punjab and Sind DHA and BHA are found in same area and also Phsically besides each other in Punjab and sind and they would be found in Adjacent plot of lands geographically.

There is also allegations that since ,Mr Malik Riaz was man with no money how he managed to make such a Huge project , it is alleged that he sits as a front man for black money for the Generals who made a lot of money during Afghan jihad and Taliban projects and he is just a face and front man for this black money that he controls apparently although he is illetrate and has no formal education and his background was just being a contractor and apprentice , his council of Generals are real handlers behind his rise as biggest Property developer  of Asia as in Pakistan property taxes are very lax and black money of Generals is making more money from property scams then Cannibis and heroin and he is conduit of making thier black money whiten .

It is also no secret , that his associations with men and uniform and also those of Pakistan secrets agencies is well known and his meddling in Politics is also well known . He has been instrumental in being near to Establishment and its Right wing creations like  project MQM terrorist , that was created by Genrerals like Zia , Hameed gul, and Aslam beg and also Musharaff who pattroned this terrorists organisation which camouflaged itself as poltical party on style of Jamaat Islami that has made of Taliban .

He named one of the university on name of Altaf Hussain the terrorist man who destroyed Karachi and was created to finish off the political party PPP of Sindhis and its four political leaders were assassinated by the Militry Generals and dictators like zulfiqar ali Bhutto and Benazir and her two brothers who were killed by the establishment of Punjabis .

He recently made a new Poltical party with help of Mustaffa Kamal who was Mayor of Karachi literally  snatched from MQM with help of Punjabi establishment ,  after leaving this post Mustaffa Kamal used to work for Malik Riaz of Bahria town and suddenly a university was named after a terrorist leader of MQM Mr Altaf Hussain who is famous for his Anti Pakistan speeches and is banned from speeches on Pakistan media after creation of Pak sarzamin party came into being, Malik Riaz is part of this new game .

Malik riaz uses them to do his dirty deals like land Grabbing and also threatening his opponents. Even the proxy Agents of Punjabis establishment work for him .

Recently the clients of Bahria town went to supreme court and they wanted the land to be alloted to them as they claimed that more files are allotted to them then there are plots on Ground , and since they had paid the whole amount in full , Bahria Town was not alloting them any land , hence after supreme court ruling he was forced to offer some plots to people .

After funeral and other things finished the Army officer brought with him Army soldiers and straight away came to office of Bahria town and Malik Riaz son , Ali Riaz  was sitting there .

They grabbed hold of Ali Riaz Malik and was slapped the son Malik Riaz in the office , and which prompted the Tycons son to pay compensation equal to cost of house and plot to them .

Second famous case is that of General Pasha who was chief ISI , Inter services Intelligence Agency  , who was building a Huge palatial house in Bahria town , which one day also collapsed with a bang some say it was explossion of gas pipe lines which may have burst because of break up of house on land that was prone to sinking and since General Pasha was head of ISI and he sent some spooks who promptly made Mr Malik Riaz a free hundred of millions of rupees and loss was promptly neutralized but off course not every body has this privilege in state of Pakistan .
